Our appointments are all about the experience. We see ourselves as the gateway to your imaginary wedding dress, the entire boutique will be exclusively for you and your guests alone, not another bride in sight during your appointment. We want you to create a happy core memory that lasts with you for your lifetime!

OPENING HOURS
We are open for you when you need us and will of course always endeavour to book you an appointment at a time that suits you.
We are often out at events, visiting venues or designers, so for this reason the boutique may be closed from time to time during what might be considered as typical opening hours. The best way to contact us is either via telephone or using the book now feature above.
FAQs
We are open by appointment only because we want to offer brides exclusivity during their time in our boutique. It is important to us that you feel comfortable, relaxed and excited to try on your perfect dress. We allow 1.5 hours for each appointment so we can have the time to get to know you and find your style, we want you to look back and remember the day you found ‘The One’ as the perfect experience.
Our dresses are all lovingly handmade and it can take several months for your dress to arrive. In order to be ready for fittings and adjustments, we recommend ordering yours at least 12-18 months prior to the wedding date. Occasionally we may be able to get dresses quicker, please talk to us to see if we are able to help.
We recommend bringing 2/3 loved ones maximum.
If however you prefer to come alone (it’s becoming increasingly popular!) – that’s not a problem. We will provide support and guidance as required.
We stock a wide range of dresses suitable to most budgets. Prices for dresses vary between £1400-£3500 with most dresses being on average £1800-£2200.
No, we think it is important for you to see and feel the dresses in person, we have a good range from our designers and if you have a particular dress in mind please let us know and we can let you know if we stock this dress or could potentially loan the dress in for your appointment.
We want you to feel comfortable trying on your wedding dress and therefore please come as yourself. Ideally wearing skin/nude colour lingerie (but don’t worry if you forget as our consultant Louise will no doubt tell you she wore knickers with hollies on to hers)
We politely ask you to avoid wearing heavy makeup/perfume or fake tan for your appointment as we want you to feel your best when trying on our dresses and these can easily transfer to our delicate gowns.
We have an excellent relationships with our wedding dress designers and can often loan your desired sample gown for you to try. Loans of wedding dresses that are not stocked in the boutique are subject to an administration fee which will be discussed with you before the gown is requested.
When you book with us, you will get an email explaining the best way to get here depending on how you are travelling we are easy to get to and there are great transport links by car and public transport.
If you are buying a full price wedding gown, 50% is due during your appointment and the remaining 50% once the dress has been delivered to the boutique. We do offer discounts for purchasing in full and on your first appointment. If this is something you are interested in please discuss this with your bridal consultant.
Try not to worry all of our designers offer a fast track service for a small additional fee between £75-£360and we will do our very best to get you the dress of your dream..
